Our services
Lumehatch provides digital marketing services as described on each service page. The scope of each plan is the list of inclusions shown at purchase.
Payments
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Brand Strategy is a single payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout.
Ad spend
Paid Ads Management fees cover management only. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform by you.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time from your billing portal. Access and work continue until the end of the period already paid.
Content and rights
Deliverables are licensed to you for your own marketing once paid for. We may not publish your results without permission.
Liability
We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, rankings or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
